His practice includes advising clients on key challenges relating to GDPR, artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies. Throughout his career, he has gained experience working on significant legal matters, including bringing Croatian companies into compliance with the GDPR and cooperating with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). During his traineeship at the Court of Justice of the European Union, in the cabinet of Judge Siniša Rodin, he participated in Case C-507/17 Google v CNIL, which defined the territorial scope of the GDPR “right to be forgotten”. At the London School of Economics and Political Science, he obtained a master’s degree in European Union law and technology law, while at Harvard Law School he completed an LL.M. with a dissertation on GDPR and AI regulatory sandboxes under the supervision of Professor Anu Bradford.
