At Harvard Law School, he earned an LL.M. with a dissertation on GDPR and AI regulatory sandboxes under the mentorship of Prof. Anu Bradford, while at MIT Sloan School of Management, he participated in a program on blockchain technologies under the guidance of Gary Gensler, former chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), among others.
He delivers lectures on GDPR as a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb, Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, and the Catholic University of Croatia. He also regularly participates as a speaker at various conferences, seminars, and professional gatherings.

Filip Ožić

Filip Ožić is an attorney-at-law with extensive experience in commercial and contract law, gained through his work in law firms and on international projects. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous foreign clients, which has enabled him to develop a practical, business-oriented approach to solving legal issues.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Split, and enriched his professional path with four years of work in the banking sector, where he acquired a deep understanding of financial and regulatory processes. This experience further strengthened his ability to advise clients in the fields of finance, compliance, and complex transactions. In addition to his legal practice, he has also engaged in business consulting, which adds an extra dimension to his understanding of clients’ business needs.

He has focused particularly in insolvency, pre-bankruptcy, and corporate debt restructuring, where he provides clients with guidance through demanding legal and financial processes.

Moreover, Filip has developed a strong interest in technology law and regulation. He has attended specialized seminars on blockchain and artificial intelligence as well as international summer schools in finance and banking. He is also actively involved in intellectual property projects, thereby combining traditional legal areas with the challenges of the digital economy.

The combination of legal expertise, international experience, and understanding of financial systems enables Filip Ožić to provide his clients with comprehensive legal support – from classical commercial matters and restructuring procedures to contemporary challenges at the intersection of law, technology, and finance.
